Philip I, 244-249. As (Copper, 27 mm, 10.23 g, 11 h), Rome, 247. IMP CAES M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip I to right, seen from behind. Rev. P M TR P IIII COS II P P Felicitas standing front, head to left, holding long caduceus with her right hand and cornucopiae with her left. Cohen 141. RIC 149 note corr. (referring to Cohen 141 but as TR P III in error). Extremely rare. Struck on a broad flan and with a very attractive portrait. Nearly extremely fine.

This extremely rare and highly unusual obverse legend is otherwise only attested on a unique gold medallion (RIC 11), two silver medallions (RIC 11, 54 and 55), and a Sestertius (RIC 149 note).
